The Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW ) Post 3944 and the St. Louis Chapter of the American Red Cross will be holding a lifesaving blood drive at their post on Midland Blvd (the one with the helicopter in front) on July 5th, Noon - 4:00 PM.

Blood is always needed in our community, even during good times. In the USA someone needs blood every 2 seconds. Your donations help fill those needs both in good times and bad. If we all donate blood at least twice a year we could solve our nation’s blood supply issues (unfortunately on 3% of eligible people donate annually.

One of the easiest ways we can all help save lives is by donating blood. This local event makes that even easier to do. Please schedule an appointment on the Red Cross website using code “VFWPost3944”, or by calling 1-800-733-2767.
