The City of Overland’s Planning and Zoning Commission Typically meets at Overland City Hall on the last Tuesday of the month, 6 PM until the agenda is complete (though there are some exceptions).
P&Z meets monthly and serves in an advisory capacity to the City Council on all issues involving zoning and city planning as they relate to new businesses and other changes coming to town.
The Board is made up of 6 appointed residents, an appointed Councilperson, and the Mayor of Overland. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall and are open to the public.
