Overland’s Fall Clean Up Day will be Saturday, October 19th, 2024, 8AM - Noon at Legion Park off of West Milton Ave.

These events are always a great opportunity for Overland residents (ID required) to get rid of junk and clutter (some rules apply)! There will also be a truck there to take your old electronics (some fees apply to some electronics).

The city of Overland will be bringing in numerous huge dumpsters. There’s also a place to drop yard waste and another for concrete waste. Metal recyclers we be there as well. All of this is free to Overland residents!

Items that will be accepted: scrap metal, household appliances, furniture, clutter, trash, and yard waste. Additionally there will be an electronic recycling company on hand. Fees are required for some electronic items (like TVs and CRT monitions typically cost $25.00 each). Hazardous materials, car parts, paint and other chemicals will not be accepted.

If you’re a senior or disabled and cannot bring your items to this event please contact the Overland City Hall at (314) 428-4321 to ask about getting on their “Trolling for Trash” list.
